About Stephanie

I’m a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Life Coach, and writer.  After spending much of my childhood and young adult life struggling with body-image issues, eating disorders, and low self-esteem, I became determined to find a sustainable solution.  I wanted to be unshakably happy and resilient, like a tree that sways in a storm but doesn’t break.  I wanted to feel in control of my life and my well-being.  I wanted confidence like I saw in women who were my role models.  I wanted peace and clarity, balance and calm.  I wanted to stop battling my body, and start embracing it and loving it as the sacred temple it is.  I wanted more ease, and less struggle.  If you’re silently nodding or saying, “Yes! Me too!” to yourself, read on.

It has become my life’s mission to be the happiest, most confident person I know, and to lead other women to the happiest, most confident version of themselves.

The Institute of Medicine (IOM) defines health as “a state of well-being and the capability to function in the face of changing circumstances.”

We all face changing circumstances.  Career transitions, divorce, childbirth, promotions, weight loss, family disputes, uncertainty, financial crisis, etc.  Some are easier to cope with than others.  How you respond to the issue IS the issue.  We can take a page out of Mother Nature’s handbook in the way she handles the changing seasons with grace, or we can continue to struggle.  I’ll show you how to stop the struggle.

Health is more than just “getting by” without being sick in the allopathic sense.  It’s more than slapping a band-aid on what stinks in your life and hoping it’ll get better.  I believe true Health includes joy, wholeness, and vigor.  It includes play, self-care, and spirituality.

I’ve learned through years of outpatient recovery, therapy, coaching, training, research, seminars, immersion, and curating information…that in order to live an authentic life as your absolute BEST self, you must become skilled in sharpening and surrendering your mind, body, and spirit.

I specialize in mind-body techniques and transformational coaching that will lead you to balance, confidence, and clarity through courageous action.  You will have more energy.  You’ll stand taller.  Things in your life will start inexplicably aligning with your true purpose.  We’ll uncover your true purpose (dharma) together.

I’ve got the life credentials, and I can show you HOW to thrive as you were meant to, and make amazing things happen in your life that you never thought possible.  Even the word impossible says “I’m Possible.”

It’s never too late to hop into the driver’s seat of your life and create the life you deserve.  There’s no need to continue to struggle.

I’ll give you the tools.  I’ve got your back.
